Construmasa balear S.L. is a construction Company with over 30 professional experience years in the construction field.
We have developed a lot of TURN KEY OPERATION, and all kind of services close to the construction field, like interior design, big buildings, outside & inside reforms, plumbering, electrical facilities, aluminium frames, wooden carpentry, metal works, swimming pools & the whole maintenance process of building construction, including an entirely free post-sale service.
We build & manage the whole Scope with our Project, Construction & Facilities Managers, Architects & Engineers.
We lead the whole construction process, refering to the Architectural & Design Project, Feasibility Studies, Measurements, Budgets, building process, Facilities Design & Execution, Quality Control by ISO Systems, Planning & Schedule studies, agreements, always taking into account all the current regulations in building field & observing all kind of building permissions.
We can advise & act as consultant to customers showing and teaching about new materials and high Technologies in building Engineering field, in order to guarantee and assure to the client the ultimate professionalism and high standard qualities of the whole scope.
